This Privacy Policy describes how Connor MacIvor (DRE #01238257), operating under Sync Brokerage, collects and uses information from visitors to sfvsellersonlyagent.com ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
When you fill out the form on the Site, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your property address (optional)
- UTM tracking parameters from your link source (for understanding which marketing channel sent you)
- Browser referrer (the page you arrived from)
When you use the chat widget on the Site, the conversation contents you choose to share are stored by our customer-conversation provider (HighLevel/LeadConnector).
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers through the Site.
3. How we use your information
Information you provide is used only to:
- Prepare and send you the Fair Fixed Fee analysis you requested
- Respond to questions you initiate via the form or chat
- Improve the Site experience
We will never contact you with cold solicitation if you did not request contact. If you only saved the Site as a bookmark without submitting the form, we have no record of you.
4. What we will NEVER do with your information
- Sell, trade, lease, or transfer your information (including phone numbers and mobile opt-in data) to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Share your information with affiliate networks or lead-aggregation services
- Use your information for any purpose unrelated to the service you requested
- Send you SMS messages unless you have explicitly opted in via the methods described in Section 5 below
5. SMS Messaging Program
Connor MacIvor / Seller's Only Agent operates an opt-in SMS messaging program for homeowners and prospective sellers who want to receive their requested property analysis and consultation reminders via text message.

How to opt in: Text the word START to (818) 536-7259. You will receive an auto-reply confirming your enrollment and explaining how to opt out. You may also opt in by checking the SMS consent box on any future Site form that collects phone numbers (the current Site form does not collect phone numbers and you cannot opt in through it).
Types of messages you may receive after opting in:
- Confirmation that we received your property analysis request
- Delivery notice when your comp report or analysis is ready
- Reminder of your scheduled 17-minute consultation
- Brief informational updates about the Fair Fixed Fee listing model and your specific inquiry
Message frequency: Variable based on your engagement. Typically no more than 4 messages per month per active conversation.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Connor MacIvor / Seller's Only Agent does not charge any fee for sending or receiving SMS messages.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further marketing or informational SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also opt out by emailing Connor@sfvsellersonlyagent.com or calling (818) 536-7259.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or email Connor@sfvsellersonlyagent.com for support.
Carriers and supported countries: The program supports major US mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and other Tier-1 / Tier-2 US carriers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program operates within the United States only.
Mobile data handling: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are stored in our customer relationship management system (HighLevel / LeadConnector). Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are not sold, traded, or transferred to anyone outside the scope of the service you requested.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies or fingerprinting. The HighLevel chat widget may set cookies in your browser to maintain conversation state during your visit.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to provide the requested service or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your information, email Connor@sfvsellersonlyagent.com and we will remove your record within 30 days and confirm in writing.
8. Your rights (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, request deletion, correction, or limited use of their information, and opt out of any sale or sharing. 9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Third-party services
The Site uses these third-party services that may receive limited information about your visit:
- Cloudflare (hosting + CDN + analytics)
- HighLevel / LeadConnector (chat widget + contact storage)
- Loom (video hosting, when video is embedded)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the information they collect.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
